1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using Promail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Promail provides a management dashboard and billing platform for email hosting backed by AWS SES. Email infrastructure is managed by our platform on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for sending spam, phishing emails, malware distribution, or any illegal activity. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed annually. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase. Cancellation stops future billing; no refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Promail is provided as is without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service, including email loss or downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
